Domain Expert:  I submitted a contact form to the Feeding America website requesting them to contact me back. I will take this opportunity to ask how to go about as an organization to start collecting donations and how in the future USA Relief is able to donate to them because it is one of the national organizations that assist when natural disasters occur within the United States. This way I am able to receive advice on how to go about starting the organization and running it smoothly and establishing at least one organization for future donations. 1) My name is Natasha Colon and I am the type of person who enjoys giving back. Throughout both high school and college I would go out of my way to find volunteering opportunities because I feel that it is important to give back to the community you live in. I was born in Puerto Rico and my entire family lives there. My family has been affected by many natural disasters while living there and I always find ways to help them in every way possible. I would have liked to have more of a critical review of the pitch I had, but maybe it was not as bad as I thought. Both of the comments told me to continue to play an emotional factor to my pitch in order to get the attention of investors. Changes:  Since both of the comments told me that bringing in an emotional factor was a good Idea I made sure to keep playing on that angle. My own personal critic, I made sure to speak slower so I would have less stutters.

Rebecca Jones is a 20-year-old junior at the University of Florida. Her major is nursing and she enjoys volunteering when she has the opportunity. Rebecca is a part of a community service sorority that focuses on volunteering within the Alachua County community. Her favorite place to volunteer in Gainesville is Grace Marketplace, which is a homeless shelter that provides food to those who need it. She has always enjoyed helping people in any way possible, which is why she decided that nursing will be the best career for her. Growing up her parents fostered children when possible, which has inspired to do the same in the future because she was able to see the positive impact of foster care. Five ways I think my human capital is unique:  1) I enjoy communicating with people. I like to solve issues straight on rather than beating around the bush. If I notice that people are upset or feel as though they are not voicing their opinions much I like to take them aside and let them speak because I know some people need the extra encouragement to communicate becuase they might feel that what they have to say is not important. I know what it is like to not be heard, so I make sure that others do not feel that way. 2) I am an open-minded person. I liked listening to other people's points of view even if they are not similar to mine. This allows me to understand where others are coming from and allows me to start thinking of new perspectives in the future. 3) I enjoy finding the answers in situations that I may not be familiar with.
